Vallarta Supermarkets is a regional Supermarket chain with 50+ locations throughout Southern California.  Vallarta was seeking to add digital menu boards to its in-store Taqueria restaurants to better communicate menu offerings and allow for weekly specials and price updates across all of their stores.    After a thorough national search and review, Vallarta selected Pacific Digital Signs to provide a full service, cost-effective solution.  The project included system design, display hardware, installation, menu programming and ongoing support.    Each quick serve restaurant digital menu board includes (8) 49” Samsung Tizen LCD displays which allow for a cloud-based software solution,  with no PCs or media players required.

The system is also connected to each store’s Point of Sale system, so menu prices can be updated automatically via the POS to instantly reflect updated pricing with no interaction required.
